While at unmix2mix.com we works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, personalized, custom-configured, and more costly and delicate items may have longer Ship times. Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these
rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times. Items ship as they become available. Once the item leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you choose on the Checkout page determines when shipped items will deliver to your shipping address.
Standard Shipping - Delivers within 5 business days, may take 5 to 8 days to some pin codes of India
Next Day Shipping - Delivers within 1 business day*
Products like Pro Audio shipping time is mentioned on our website, Pro Audio products may take longer then usual, roughly 7-14 days or more.
*Next day shipping is available to some pin codes for an additional cost.

Shipping Cost & Delivery
The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.
Once your order is placed, provides information on your order by email. The type of email you receive depends on whether you chose to have the items shipped. If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive additional emails for each item.
Then We'll send a Shipment Notification email when the item ships from our warehouse. The email will include your order number and a link to the tracking information. emails are sent between 8:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. IST zone.
You can change your Account preference like shipping or billing address simply by logging in to your registered account.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer easy returns through courier pickup, We are responsible for what we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with functionality or if there is any manufacturing defect, you can return most items to us within 5-10 days of delivery to get a 100% refund, You do not have to bear any courier shipping charges for returns.
Before accepting delivery of any product, please ensure, that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package and call our customer care number.
The refund cheque will be dispatched to the billing address within 15-30 working days after receiving product by us.
-We do not return or exchange products which are not accompanied by the relevant original sales invoice.
